I'd like to introduce you to Baby.

Baby is a 1 year old Siberian Husky that broke her leg. A surgeon implanted a rod to stabilize the broken leg, but the rod was too long. Complications ensued to include rendering her leg unusable, muscle mass deterioration, and her foot turned over and was useless.
Instead of taking her back to the vet or to another more capable vet, Baby's owners dumped her off at a high kill shelter.
Heidi's Legacy Rescue found her at that shelter and took her into their foster care system. They have already started the series of surgeries to help Baby walk normally again, to include having the rod removed and physical therapy.
Baby is now under the care of Veterinarian Surgical Services in Florida, who will be performing a procedure tomorrow to help correct Baby's foot.
As you can see from this video, Baby's foot is turned complete around and is worthless. She drags it on the ground as she moves, causing sores to form. Baby's vet hopes to correct this condition to allow Baby increased mobility, less pain, and a happy long life.
All of these surgeries and physical therapy have drained the resources of Heidi's Legacy Rescue (a 501c3 registered charity) and they could use a hand in paying for her foot procedure so that other funds can go toward other needy gimpy dogs in their care.
I know times are tough out there, but if you can afford to chip in even a small amount to give Baby her mojo back, it would be greatly appreciated.
